Stan Stanart was born, raised, and Education in Oklahoma, but after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering, quickly moved to Texas.
Stan is the father of three grown boys; Derek, Michael, and Matthew. He served as a Boy Scout Den leader and assistant Scout master in their younger years. Derek has received a Masters from Texas A&M and Michael is currently at Texas A&M in College Station. Matthew is enrolled in junior college.
Stan has spent much of his professional carrier as an Engineer and Political Activist. He has attended and served as a Delegate to every Republican State Convention since 1988.
Stan's is a known leader in Senate District 7 and has served numerous times as the Chairman of the Registration and Nominations Committees. Stan has also served on the State Republican Parties Organizations and Nominations Committees.
Stan has been elected by his State Delegate peers to server as a Presidential Elector in the 2000 Electoral College and as a National Delegate to the 2004 Republican National Convention.
Stan has served as President of Cherry Tree Republicans for 2005-2007. Cherry Tree is a conservative Republican Club in the Champions area of NW Harris County.
